With our smallest pasta extruder P-05-G we offer you a machine which is ideal for home use and for the smaller gastronomy. The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and impresses with its simple hygienic design.
With the P-05-G, manufactured in Heiligkreuztal, you are able to produce 5 kg of pasta per hour. You can mix your pasta dough in the tightly welded mixing trough with up to 2 kg of semolina / flour per mixing cycle. Thanks to the selection of over 200 different dies, your favourite variety is guaranteed to be produced. In addition to normal pasta, the machine is able to produce flat dough for lasagne sheets or for further processing into ravioli. Due to the continuous running Industry three-phase motor and the double-walled extrusion channel, which can be cooled with water, you can work with the machine for several hours without breaks. The water cooling, by tempering the dough, ensures a constant dough quality and is indispensable in the production with egg, because the protein coagulates at 42 °C. Due to the hygienic design and the high-quality materials used, the machine can be cleaned quickly and easily after production. Important machine parts, such as mixing shaft and the stainless-steel screw, can be easily removed and cleaned. Thanks to the frequency converter, the machine can be supplied with power via a normal household socket (230 V, 50 Hz).
